These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and tk10a ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the website located at https://tk10a.app, including all associated games, services, features, content, and functionality offered through it ("the Services").

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the tk10a platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue your use of the platform and close any account you may have opened.

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and tk10a. In the event of any conflict between these documents, these Terms shall take precedence unless expressly stated otherwise.

tk10a reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at its sole discretion and at any time without prior notice. We will endeavour to notify registered players of material changes via in-platform alerts or email communication. Your continued use of the platform following any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

To register an account and use the Services provided by tk10a, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. Access to tk10a is strictly forbidden for individuals under 18.
• You must be acting as an individual in your own personal capacity, not on behalf of any third party or business entity.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
• You must not be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law.
• You must not be a previously excluded player whose account was closed or suspended by tk10a for a breach of these Terms.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or agent of tk10a, nor an immediate family member of any such person.

tk10a takes age verification seriously. During the registration process, you will be required to confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement. We reserve the right to request documentary proof of age at any point — including but not limited to a national identity card, passport, or birth certificate. If satisfactory proof of age is not provided within a reasonable timeframe following a request, we may suspend or permanently close your account and withhold any funds pending investigation.

To access the full range of Services on tk10a — including placing bets, playing casino games, and making deposits or withdrawals — you are required to register a player account. Each individual player is permitted to hold only one account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being permanently closed and balances forfeited.

During registration, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, phone number, and a secure password. You are solely responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must update it promptly if any details change. Providing false or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree not to share your login details with any other person. All activity that occurs under your account — including any bets placed, deposits made, or personal information changes — is your sole responsibility, regardless of whether such activity was authorised by you.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, or that your login credentials have been compromised, you must notify tk10a's support team immediately at [email protected]. We will investigate and, where appropriate, temporarily lock your account pending resolution.

As part of our commitment to secure operations, tk10a may from time to time require you to complete an identity verification process (commonly known as Know Your Customer, or KYC). This process may require you to submit documents such as a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, or proof of ownership of a payment method. Account functionality may be limited until verification is complete.

tk10a supports a range of payment methods tailored to Bangladeshi players, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and are secured with 256-bit SSL encryption.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Deposits via bKash and Nagad are credited to your tk10a wallet instantly under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer deposits may take up to two business hours to reflect in your account. tk10a does not charge any deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which tk10a accepts no responsibility.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests submitted via bKash or Nagad are typically processed within five to fifteen minutes during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours. Withdrawal requests submitted outside of standard processing hours may take longer. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one business day. tk10a does not charge withdrawal fees; however, third-party payment provider charges may apply.

All withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified (KYC complete) before a withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• Any active deposit bonus must have its associated wagering requirement met before a withdrawal of bonus-derived funds is permitted.
• tk10a reserves the right to delay or refuse a withdrawal pending investigation if unusual or suspicious activity is detected on the account.
• In the event a deposit is reversed or charged back by your payment provider, tk10a reserves the right to offset any outstanding withdrawal or account balance accordingly.

tk10a offers various bonuses, free spins, reload offers, and promotional rewards to both new and existing players. All promotional offers are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, in addition to the general bonus terms set out in this section. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and these general terms, the promotion-specific term shall prevail.

Wagering Requirements: Most bonuses issued by tk10a carry a wagering requirement — the number of times the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered before a withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. Wagering requirements are stated clearly in each promotion's individual terms. Players are encouraged to read these requirements carefully before opting into any offer.

Validity Period: All bonuses and free spin rewards have an expiry date. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from them that remain unused after the validity period expire automatically and are removed from the account balance without notice.

General conditions applicable to all bonuses offered by tk10a include:

• One bonus per player, per household, per device, and per IP address — unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash directly.
• tk10a reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• If tk10a has reasonable grounds to believe that a player is abusing a bonus offer — including through coordinated play, use of automated software, or exploitation of a technical error — we reserve the right to void all related bonus winnings and close the associated account.
• Only bets placed using real-money funds (not bonus funds) are eligible to count towards any loyalty programme or VIP reward calculation unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion.

As a registered player on tk10a, you agree to use the platform lawfully, honestly, and in a manner that does not harm other players, third parties, or the integrity of the Services. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Attempting to register or operate more than one player account simultaneously.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, manipulate game outcomes, or gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players to manipulate game results or betting markets.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in games or the platform. Any winnings derived from exploitation of a known or suspected error must be reported immediately and will be voided pending investigation.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime through tk10a's payment systems.
• Attempting to access, interfere with, or disrupt the technical infrastructure of the platform.
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your account credentials or account access to any third party.
• Using the platform for any commercial purpose other than personal recreational gaming, unless explicitly authorised in writing by tk10a.

tk10a reserves the right to investigate any account where prohibited conduct is suspected. During an investigation, normal account operations — including deposits, withdrawals, and game play — may be suspended. If a breach is confirmed, tk10a may take any action it deems appropriate, including permanently closing the account and reporting the matter to relevant financial or law enforcement authorities.

Closure by the Player: You may request the closure of your tk10a account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Before an account is closed at your request, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method, provided all verification requirements have been satisfied. Bonus balances and bonus-derived funds that have not yet met their wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure.

Closure by tk10a: tk10a reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent, collusive, or criminal activity.
• Account inactivity — accounts with no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant and subject to an administrative inactivity fee as described in the account management policy published on the platform.
• A self-exclusion request submitted by the player or on behalf of a player via a recognised responsible gaming programme.

In the event of closure initiated by tk10a due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance in the account may be withheld pending investigation and may be forfeited if the breach is confirmed. If closure is due to inactivity or any other non-breach reason, any real-money balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method following satisfactory verification.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, tk10a shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of funds resulting from the following:

• Interruptions, delays, errors, or unavailability of the platform due to technical issues, maintenance, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
• Unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to adequately protect your login credentials.
• Game outcomes or betting results — all games on the platform operate using certified random number generators and the outcome of any game or bet is entirely a matter of chance.
• Third-party payment provider delays, errors, or failures in processing deposits or withdrawals.
• Any loss resulting from your reliance on information, content, or promotional material published on the platform.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit tk10a's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other matter for which liability cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

tk10a provides the platform and all associated Services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of any content or feature on the platform. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or permanently discontinue any feature or game at any time without prior notice.
