Available time-out durations on tk10a:

• 24-Hour Time-Out: Ideal if you have had a frustrating session and want to prevent yourself from chasing losses in the heat of the moment.
• 7-Day Time-Out: Suitable if you feel you have been playing more frequently than intended over the past week and want to reset your habits.
• 30-Day Time-Out: A more substantial break that gives you a full month away from the platform to evaluate your relationship with gambling without the finality of a long-term self-exclusion.

During a time-out period, your account is fully suspended. You will not be able to log in, place bets, make deposits, or participate in any promotional activity. Any pending withdrawals at the time a time-out is activated will still be processed normally.

Time-outs cannot be cancelled once activated. What happens during self-exclusion:

• Your account is locked and you cannot log in or create a new account using the same identity details.
• You will be removed from all marketing communications, promotional emails, and bonus notifications for the duration of the exclusion.

• At the end of a fixed-term exclusion, your account will NOT automatically reactivate. You must contact our support team and complete a reinstatement process that includes a mandatory cooling-off review.
• Permanent exclusions cannot be reversed under any circumstances.
